IQF (Salmo salar) 2x2x2 cm from B/P – Scrape meat – Mince, no glaze

These cooked Salmo salar cubes are from B/P or Scrape meat. Minced cubes also possible. They are fully cooked and IQF packed in 5 kg cartons. 5 kg:10 tonnes

In our state-of-the-art processing facility, we can process the filet into desired portions. These portions can be supplied fresh, frozen or smoked. Also, we can vacuum the product to improve shelf life.

After cutting the fillet up in portions, we treat the salmon with a delicious marinade. After soaking up the flavors, we put the salmon on a skewer and package it on a tray. Ready to cook!
